First Aid

A First Aid is our service that we offer to people with computers that are infected, slow, not booting, or facing any other software problems.  We do a very thorough scan for malware drawing from all of the major anti-virus databases, optimize the operating system, and fix any software errors.  The First Aid service covers almost all software fixes that a computer’s operating system may need.  We also test all hardware (RAM, Hard Drive, and CPU Heat) to avoid fixing software caused by faulty hardware, and helping the customer avoid larger problems in the future.  Includes a free copy of Malware Bytes AntiMalware.
