Authorized Computer Repair is still growing! We just hired a new on-site technician. His name is Dennis and he’s awesome!

He’s our dedicated on-site technician so he’ll be the one you see when we come to your home or office. Customers find him very patient, attentive, and thorough. Dennis has excellent attention to detail which is very important when dealing with the many detail oriented functions we use our computers for. I’ve noticed many computer technicians think they know-it-all and dont listen to customers needs. Dennis is just the oposite. We take special care in selecting our techs and I think we hit a winner with Dennis.

Now that we have a dedicated on-site tech, we’re able to handle more on-site jobs with greater punctuality. Before Dennis, I, Jonathan the Owner, had to handle all the on-site jobs myself! Running a company and performing all the on-site work was difficult. We’re very happy to have Dennis on board and I think our customer will agree.

We’ve expanded our office

Authorized computers is moving on up!

Were in the process of adding almost 3 times the amount of space we had before. We have a totally new tech area, nice clean reception area, and easier access to our office from the front door. And the best news is that we’re still in the same building.

Phew!! This is a relief.

Our phones are back up. Sorry for any inconvenience. My VOIP carrier suffered an extreme outage that effected all its customers all over the world. We didnt have phone service for about half the day but all seems to be well now.

If your trying to call us today, jan12 2010, were having major phone problems. Our VOIP (Internet phone) service is completely down as of 12:30 PM. We dont know when they will have us back up and running. Please call the owner, Jonathan, on his cell phone @ 510-932-3651 in the mean time.

New Website is Launched!

Finally, our much needed website make-over is on its way to completion. Notice the completely revamped interface? Were using Wordpress for our entire site and we love it! Thanks to Adam at www.computercourage.com for the suggestion.

Our site isnt perfect yet. Many of the graphics havent been polished or uploaded. I really wanted to get more detailed content out to our customers but Im really slow with graphic work so please stay tuned for future updates.

You can use the “Email-Us” link to send us a quick email, or just call use anytime with feedback or improvements we can make to the site to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
